By accessing and using MiRegistro ("the Platform"), operated by Mi Registro PR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

MiRegistro provides an event registration and management platform that enables event organizers to create events, sell tickets, manage attendees, and process payments. The Platform facilitates transactions between event organizers and attendees.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase tickets through our Platform, you enter into a transaction with the event organizer. MiRegistro acts as the payment facilitator but is not the seller of the tickets. All ticket sales are subject to the event organizer's specific terms, including their refund policy.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

6. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers using our Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor all ticket sales and commitments
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle refund requests according to their stated policy
• Not use the Platform for illegal or prohibited activities

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Platform for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, or to upload malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiRegistro and Mi Registro PR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to event cancellations, changes, or disputes between organizers and attendees.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiRegistro, Mi Registro PR, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
